Brenner FIT Challenge - Fighting Childhood Obesity

Brenner FIT Challenge - Saturday, September 7

Join us for the 3rd annual Brenner FIT Challenge! This year's walk will be a 2.5 mile course with 10 physical and educational challenges for you to accomplish along the course. We challenge you to do at least six challenges of your choosing!

Here's a sampling of this year's challenges-

  • Test your health and nutrition knowledge
  • Run the bases with the WFU Baseball team
  • Do some "crazy running"
  • Hoola Hoop with Monkey Hooper
  • Go through the sugar zone and find out how much sugar are you drinking
  • Get fit with CrossFIT
  • Don't fear the Brenner FIT "taste" factor
  • and many more challenges!

Following the walk, stick around to experience first-hand a professional bike criterium. The biking component begins at 11:30 am and is limited to professional bikers.  Be ready to watch as the cyclists burn rubber.  This is not just an ordinary road race! A criterium is a high speed race on a short track, where the intensity is sure to thrill and leave your family ready to get on your bikes at home.

Sponsor a Brenner FIT patient and three (3) of their family members to participate in the Brenner FIT Challenge!

If you would like to serve on a committee or volunteer, please contact our office at 336-716-7985.
