Committee Profiles

Festival of Trees
A family-oriented holiday festival held annually on a Saturday and Sunday in early winter, this event features a Christmas tree forest, unique gift shops for the adults and children, crafts and entertainment for children, and breakfast with Santa. Volunteers help in all capacities including set-up, display and delivery of trees, teaching crafts, ticket sales, and a variety of other duties.

Celebrity Golf Classic
An annual event held in early June at Tanglewood and Bermuda Run.  Sports and entertainment celebrities are paired with other entrants.  Volunteers help with registration, lunch, and on-course activities.

Cheers, A toast to children’s health
The evening event will offer an opportunity for sampling wines from all over the world as well as the chance to taste food from our area’s finest restaurants.  Volunteers help with ticket sales, set-up, decorating and more.

Meetings
Volunteers are needed to help with nametags, reception, and baking.

Holiday Cards
Volunteers are needed for sales and marketing.

Speakers Bureau
Training is provided for volunteers to speak to civic and business organizations about Brenner Children's Hospital & Health Services.  A pre-recorded informational video is provided.

Special Projects
Various other events occur throughout the year requiring volunteer support.
