The Friends of Brenner Children's Hospital is a group of dedicated volunteers that supports Brenner through fundraising and community-awareness activities. Formed in 1987, Friends organize events such as the Festival of Trees, Cheers! A toast to children’s health, the Brenner Celebrity Golf Classic and the WMAG Brenner Radiothon.
The Friends of Brenner hold three meetings a year (fall, winter and spring) with a guest speaker from Brenner Children’s Hospital.
