Pediatric Neurosurgery
Brenner Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Neurosurgery Program is one of the most extensive programs of its kind in western North Carolina. Our team of world-class neurosurgeons and health care professionals treats children of all ages for conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord and central nervous system using the latest in technology and clinical practices.
Brenner’s pediatric neurosurgeons use state-of-the-art surgical procedures to help pediatric patients with all types of neurological conditions, including arteriovenous malformation, brain tumor, cerebral aneurysm, cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy and stroke. We also offer surgical treatments for spasticity and spinal deformities such as spina bifida and scoliosis.
Our group provides individualized care for each child we treat. We offer a wide range of care and services, customized to each patient’s specific health care needs. We also work closely with Brenner doctors in other specialties and our patients’ primary pediatricians to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach to treatment and care.
