Community Programs

Brenner FIT and Kohl's Cares have partnered to bring you FREE programs to help your family live a healthier life.  

Each program we offer has been specially designed to bring research proven obesity interventions directly into your hands.  Together with our staff, you will make learning fun through interactive discussion groups and hands-on skill development.   The majority of our programs are held in the Kohl's Family Collaborative, on the 2nd floor of the Gateway YWCA, 1300 S. Main St., Winston-Salem.  Registration is required for all our classes.  If you find you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please also contact us to remove your name so others may enjoy the class.  Day care is available for most classes when requested during registration.  

Please come back soon if we do not currently have a program designed to meet your needs, as we are constantly expanding our offerings. If you have a suggestion of a topic you would like addressed, or would like to receive notices of future events, please let us know.
