A Special Invitation for Fathers to Participate in a Research Study

If you have a son between the ages of 8–12, we would like to invite you to participate in a focus group and answer some questions about how you influence your child’s nutrition and physical activity.

The process will last about 1 ½ hours, and will take place at the Kohl’s Family Collaborative at the Gateway YWCA of Winston Salem on S. Main Street.

You will receive compensation for your time!

An Invitation for Hispanic Boys to Participate in a Research Study

If you are a Hispanic boy between the ages of 8–12, we invite you to participate in a focus group and questionnaire about your nutrition, physical activity, and sleep habits.

The process will last about 1 ½ hours, and will take place at the Kohl’s Family Collaborative at the Gateway YWCA of Winston Salem on S. Main Street.
