Kohl’s Family Collaborative

“You want to be healthy…we want to help.”

The Kohl’s Family Collaborative is an innovative partnership dedicated to improving the health of children and families in our community.   Our primary focus is on the prevention of childhood obesity.  Through interactive programs and discussions our hope it to support families as they make positive steps in their prevention efforts.   We believe changes that stick involve support from the whole family.  Our programming addresses health and nutrition from a family centered care perspective. We know that childhood obesity has many contributing factors.  As we identify effective intervention and screening, our services will expand to meet health outcomes across the lifespan of family members.
