Dr. Hayes seemed to be in a hurry and more concerned about getting through her list of questions, than showing genuine concern for my child as an individual. She seemed annoyed at my questions, so I only asked the most pertinent questions even through there were other issues that would have been helpful to discuss. Overall, we left the appointment frustrated and with little having been accomplished.

We love Dr. Hayes and the entire Pulmonary staff. They have always been so supportive, caring, concerned, and willing to help in any way. They are quick to respond with questions, test results, and concerns I have as a parent. They are very respectful of Caleb and his concerns and fears and work to put our minds at ease when issues have arose in the past. I feel confident in the care they provide to my child.
