Very rude - was very critical of referring physician - who is a Wake Health colleague - said we didn't need to see her and were wasting her time - but went on to diagnose my child and order tests.
Dr. Kratzer made it very difficult to discuss things, and made it so that I did not feel heard during the appointment. She talks very quickly, and seems as if she is in a hurry. It would be helpful to know if she was spending time in a caring fashion. She just seems like she wants to get out the door.
I had a very poor experience with Dr. Kratzer and would not recommend her to anyone. Her lack of respect and poor bedside manor reflect negatively on the entire staff at Wake Forest.
Good experience. #7. Urdu.
