Dr dismissed our concerns and said to stop googling. Said child was fine. She threatened to end the visit when she said every kid gets this illness and generalized our concerns. She used medical jargon that is not common so we had to stop and discuss what she was relating to us.

Tiffany was fantastic! from the moment she walked in she smiled, greeted us all and talked to us about my sons past and current symptoms. she relayed all information to us in a respectable. she took care of all my questions and concerns. I feel 100 percent confident with Landon in her care. we are very pleased to have her as our dr.

I could not ask for a better Doctor within Dr. Kratzer. She will always be my go to Doctor with questions about this medical condition. She is, without a doubt, the BEST provider that I have ever come across.

  • 12/28/2017

*Dr. Kratzer has condescending manner about her. She listens but doesn't really hear concerns. I have to follow-up to ensure that she has done any post appointment referrals, prescriptions, etc. because I am not confident that she will do these.

  • 11/12/2017

lab results were pending so any questions or explanations weren't relevant at the time. Dr. Kratzer reviews past results prior to seeing her patients therefore keeping up with treatment regimen.

  • 11/7/2017

she needs some bedside manners .she is in the wrong profession
