*Dr. Kratzer listened to all of our concerns and why we were seeking a second opinion regarding our daughters gastrointestinal problems. She took the time to explain everything to us.

  • 3/1/2017

Very rude - was very critical of referring physician - who is a Wake Health colleague - said we didn't need to see her and were wasting her time - but went on to diagnose my child and order tests.

  • 11/19/2016

Dr. Kratzer made it very difficult to discuss things, and made it so that I did not feel heard during the appointment. She talks very quickly, and seems as if she is in a hurry. It would be helpful to know if she was spending time in a caring fashion. She just seems like she wants to get out the door.

  • 10/14/2016

    Good experience.
