I can not say enough good things about our experience with Dr Scott Ottalah. Dr Ottalah is extremely knowledgeable in his field and about our daughter's disease process. He is extremely courteous and so caring. I received a call back with 5 minutes from Dr Ottalah after calling his office with new symptoms my daughter had. There is never more than a 5 minute wait time after you sign in . The whole office staff is so professional and polite. This facility is extremely blessed to have Dr Ottalah. I thank God that he sent us to Wake Forrest Baptist Health and I am so blessed that Dr Scott Ottalah is the provider referred to us. I have faith and confidence in him . He has treated my daughter with so much caring and compassion. She is 14. He informs her and makes sure she understands and asks her opinions as well. He has been wonderful to my husband and I as well. We love Dr Scott Ottalah and I pray that he never leaves the area. We drive two hours to get to his office and I would drive further to see him if need be.

Dr Ottalah is very thorough and did a great job of getting as much information as he could to be sure he made thoughtful recommendations for my daughter's care. We had to wait a bit for him to arrive to the room, but that was due to him making sure that he takes his time with each patient and gives the best care possible. He spent just as much time with us, making sure that my daughter understood everything that was happening. He also called me later when he found an issue in her chart that could be potentially adversely affected by the medication he prescribed, and went out of his way to make sure a thoughtful decision was made about next steps. I really appreciate how seriously he takes his work as well as his kindness.
