    Dr Pichardo is wonderful. when I called to get this appointment I was told she was booked for the next 6 months and had nothing. I agreed to see one of her PA. when we got there she had seen our name and she saw us. my daughter is special needs and it's hard in her to see a lot of different doctors.

    Dr. Pichardo is the best. I am so thankful that I can rely on her to listen and discuss treatment options. She is very prompt to respond to email questions/comments sent to her via the mywakehealth website. She has always been able to work out an appointment time for me in the clinic when I contact her with an emergent need to be seen.

    I have gone to Dr. Pichardo-Geisinger for many years. She is a wonderful physician, and I would recommend her to anyone. I have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and expertise.

    First visit with Dr Rita for yearly skin check. She was for the most part very thorough with her exam of my body. She took concern about a mole that I had mentioned on my forearm and did a biopsy just to make sure it wasn't cancerous. The office followed up with me promptly in 3 days with my results that came back all clear. The doctor, PAs and assistants all were very friendly and took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns.

    I was initially seen by the resident and a visiting physician from China. The resident was friendly, kind and considerate. She explained that she would discuss it with physician and they would come back. I was again examined by the physician and she explained what my problem was, answered my questions, and prescribed a treatment. She told me to continue the treatment she outlined and to return in 3 months. I was given several sheets which covered everything we discussed during the exam and made an appointment to return in February, 2017.
