Free Brenner FIT® Classes

Update For Classes:
The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. To help control the spread of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Wake Forest Baptist has canceled all Brenner FIT classes beginning March 12, 2020.

Join the experts from Brenner Children's Hospital for these FREE Brenner FIT® classes.  Registration is required. Classes are held at Brenner FIT Kitchen in the  William G. White Jr. Family YMCA, 775 West End Boulevard, Winston-Salem. Daycare is available for classes held at the YMCA.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class for check-in.
