Can breasts be injured?

Like any part of the body, you can injure your breasts. Breasts, especially ones that are growing, may be sore anyway so getting hit in the breast might really hurt. Ouch! But breast injuries are not too common. Wearing a supportive bra can keep them in place. And if you do get injured or have pain in your breasts, be sure to let a parent know.
