Kawasaki Disease Explained

Laurence B. Givner, MD, a pediatric infectious diseases specialist, explains the signs and symptoms of Kawasaki Disease and how it is treated by pediatric specialists at Brenner Children’s Hospital. 

If you’re concerned your child may have Kawasaki disease based on the signs and symptoms, you should talk to your primary care provider. We are happy to talk to your family doctor and help decide whether treatment should be begun.
