Getting Families Started

Through Brenner FIT® research and continued practice we understand that families making health habit changes are most successful when they are made slowly and one at a time.  When families are given the opportunity to decide which changes they want to make, they have more confidence in accomplishing their goals which in turn increases there success.  As healthcare professionals, we encourage you to support your families with the changes they want to make.
